By submitting this form and requesting a tutor from Reshio, I agree to the following:
1. Reshio is an educational platform that helps students and parents connect with qualified tutors, trainers, and educators.
2. I understand that Reshio will arrange demo classes to help me evaluate a tutor before final confirmation.
3. After the demo class, I will inform Reshio whether I wish to continue with the selected tutor.
4. I understand that only tutors wearing an official Reshio ID Card and/or authorized Reshio Uniform/T-Shirt shall be considered valid representatives of Reshio.
5. I will not hire, engage, or continue classes with any tutor claiming to represent Reshio without proper identification.
6. I understand that I must never make direct payments to any tutor, trainer, or educator associated with Reshio.
8. Any payment made directly to a tutor shall be entirely at my own risk, and Reshio shall not be responsible for such transactions
9. I agree not to bypass Reshio by directly hiring or continuing services with a tutor introduced through the Reshio platform.
10. If tuition is discontinued, payment for classes already conducted by the tutor shall remain payable.
11. Reshio will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable tutors based on the student's requirements but does not guarantee examination results, grades, admissions, or academic outcomes.
12. In case a tutor becomes unavailable, Reshio may assist in arranging a replacement tutor where reasonably possible.
13. Parents and students shall treat tutors with respect and provide a safe and appropriate learning environment.
14. For home tuition classes, the presence of a parent, guardian, or responsible adult is strongly recommended.
15. Reshio reserves the right to modify its policies, fees, services, and terms whenever required.
16. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted Reshio's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Reshio, its tutors, trainers, instructors, mentors, faculty members, and educational service providers registered on the Reshio platform. By registering as a Tutor, Trainer, Faculty Member, or Educational Partner with Reshio, you agree to comply with all policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures mentioned herein.
2. Mandatory Uniform, ID Card & Professional Appearance Policy
All tutors, trainers, faculty members, and educational representatives associated with Reshio are required to maintain a professional appearance while representing the organization.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Every tutor must wear the official Reshio T-Shirt, Uniform, or Dress Code prescribed by the company.
* Every tutor must carry and visibly display their official Reshio Identity Card during all teaching sessions, demo classes, meetings, workshops, camps, and educational activities.
* Tutors visiting students' homes, schools, institutions, coaching centers, or training venues must strictly wear the official Reshio uniform and ID card.
* Failure to comply may result in suspension, cancellation of tuition assignments, penalties, or termination from the platform.
This policy is mandatory and non-negotiable.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To become a tutor on Reshio:
* You must be an Indian Citizen or legally authorized to work in India.
* You must be at least 18 years of age.
* You must possess the educational qualifications, certifications, skills, and experience necessary for the subjects, courses, or services offered.
* All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
Reshio reserves the right to verify any information submitted by tutors.
4. Independent Contractor Relationship.
The Tutor acknowledges that:
* Reshio acts solely as an educational platform and service facilitator.
* The Tutor operates as an independent professional.
* Nothing contained herein shall create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between Reshio and the Tutor.
The Tutor shall be solely responsible for their taxes, professional obligations, licenses, and statutory compliances.
5. Tuition Allocation & Acceptance Policy
Reshio may provide tuition leads, student inquiries, training opportunities, online classes, workshops, camps, institutional projects, and educational assignments.
The Tutor acknowledges that:
* Acceptance of any assignment remains subject to mutual agreement.
* Once selected for a demo class, the Tutor shall not reject the assignment without a valid and genuine reason.
* The Tutor must provide a minimum 48-hour prior notice in case of cancellation or inability to attend a scheduled session.
* Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or termination from the platform.
6. Commission & Payment Structure
Reshio may charge platform fees, commissions, service fees, subscription charges, lead fees, or administrative fees as applicable from time to time.
Payment structures may vary depending upon:
* Home Tuition
* Online Tuition
* Group Classes
* Skill Development Courses
* Robotics & AI Programs
* Institutional Projects
* Workshops & Summer Camps
All payment structures will be communicated separately before assignment confirmation.
Reshio reserves the right to modify commission structures at any time.
7. Strict Anti-Circumvention Policy
Direct Payment Prohibition
This clause is extremely important.
The Tutor agrees that:
* Under no circumstances shall a Tutor directly collect fees, payments, advances, commissions, subscriptions, transfers, cash payments, UPI payments, bank transfers, gifts, or any other monetary consideration from any student, parent, guardian, school, institution, or client introduced through Reshio.
* All payments must be processed through officially authorized Reshio payment channels only.
* Tutors are strictly prohibited from bypassing Reshio for personal financial gain.
Consequences of Violation
If a Tutor:
* Accepts direct payments,
* Shares personal payment details,
* Encourages parents to bypass Reshio,
* Continues teaching privately after receiving a lead through Reshio,
then Reshio reserves the right to:
* Immediately terminate the Tutor account.
* Block future assignments permanently.
* Recover financial losses and commissions.
* Initiate civil and/or criminal legal proceedings where applicable.
The Tutor shall remain liable for damages arising from such violations.
8. Confidentiality Obligations
Tutors may receive confidential information relating to:
* Students
* Parents
* Schools
* Institutions
* Internal company operations
* Pricing structures
* Educational materials
* Training methodologies
Such information shall remain strictly confidential.
Tutors shall not disclose, share, copy, publish, transfer, sell, or distribute confidential information to any third party without written authorization from Reshio.
9. Student Safety & Conduct Requirements
Tutors must:
* Maintain professional behavior at all times.
* Treat students respectfully.
* Avoid inappropriate conduct, language, or actions.
* Comply with child safety standards.
* Never engage in harassment, discrimination, bullying, abuse, or misconduct.
Any complaint relating to student safety may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.
10. Home Tuition Safety Policy
For home tuition assignments:
* Tutors are advised to ensure that a parent, guardian, or responsible adult is present whenever reasonably possible.
* Tutors must immediately report any unsafe situation to Reshio.
* Tutors shall follow all safety guidelines issued by Reshio.
Reshio shall not be responsible for disputes arising directly between tutors and students/parents.
11. Teaching Standards & Quality Assurance
All tutors must:
* Deliver lessons professionally.
* Prepare adequately before classes.
* Follow the agreed syllabus and curriculum.
* Maintain punctuality.
* Respond professionally to students and parents.
Reshio may conduct quality reviews, performance assessments, and feedback evaluations periodically.
Tutors receiving repeated negative feedback may be suspended or removed.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All:
* Course materials
* Training modules
* Worksheets
* Presentations
* Branding materials
* Educational content
* Logos
* Software
* Videos
created, owned, or licensed by Reshio remain the exclusive property of Reshio.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, recording, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
13. Non-Solicitation Policy
Tutors shall not:
* Solicit students introduced through Reshio for private arrangements.
* Divert clients to competing platforms.
* Share student data with competitors.
* Recruit Reshio clients for personal business purposes.
This restriction shall remain effective during association with Reshio and for 24 months after termination.
14.Login Credentials & Account Security
Tutors shall:
* Keep passwords confidential.
* Not share accounts with others.
* Not impersonate another individual.
* Not use fake information.
Any misuse may lead to account termination.
15. Feedback & Performance Monitoring
Students and parents may provide feedback regarding:
* Teaching quality
* Communication
* Professionalism
* Subject knowledge
* Punctuality
Reshio reserves the right to use such feedback in evaluating tutor performance.
16. Suspension & Termination
Reshio may suspend or terminate a Tutor account without prior notice for:
* Fraud
* Misrepresentation
* Direct payment collection
* Data misuse
* Harassment
* Safety violations
* Criminal activity
* Policy violations
Termination decisions shall be final and binding.
17. Limitation of Liability
Reshio acts only as a facilitator between tutors and clients.
Reshio shall not be liable for:
* Personal disputes
* Injuries
* Property damage
* Academic outcomes
* Financial losses
* Third-party actions
to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
The Tutor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Reshio, its directors, employees, officers, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, penalties, or legal costs arising from:
* Tutor misconduct
* Violation of law
* Breach of these Terms
* Negligence
* Fraudulent activities
19. Modification of Terms
Reshio reserves the right to update, amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the official website.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts where Reshio's registered office is situated.
21. Acceptance
By registering with Reshio, the Tutor confirms that:
* They have read these Terms & Conditions.
* They understand their obligations.
* They voluntarily agree to comply with all policies.
* They consent to be legally bound by these Terms.
